Arnie is great. Old school. He's always been able to diagnose and fix an issue, every time. We had a dishwasher go out right before Helene, and despite replacing the latch mechanism it was still not working. Arnie realized the new latch from the manufacturer was defective and missing a critical piece, but he was still able to scavenge a piece from the old latch and get our dishwasher working. This was over a two day period and several hours of trouble shooting. Arnie always delivers.

Arnie came out and diagnose the problem with the circuit board on our electric stove. He whipped out his soldering iron some spare parts and fixed it on the spot.
